About Me
I am a PhD candidate in Sociology at the University of Southern California. Before my journey to the PhD, I worked in research-practice strategies contributing to technical assistance and program management for jail reduction, fines and fees amelioration, and bail reform.
My research interests lie in the areas of race, gender, and class, incarceration, and climate justice. I believe a better world is possible.
I’m from Brooklyn, NY and am always trying to get back home.
